What the Work Is Like

Learn by doing real work.

Executive Team members, Crew Leads, and Movers take on different levels of leadership and responsibility, but everyone works hands on. Together, they serve customers, move and store student belongings, support moving and logistics services for WashU, work in our storage facility, and help keep trucks and crews moving.

Applicants for all of these positions should be prepared to lift and carry items weighing 50+ pounds, including up and down stairs, and work long days in summer heat.

You’ll learn to:
01 Serve customers with excellence.
02 Work and lead with integrity.
03 Solve problems under pressure.
04 Take responsibility for results.
05 Understand how a seven figure business operates.
