Who does UTrucking serve?

UTrucking has exclusively served WashU since 1977! We are a local company—based in St. Louis—dedicated to serving WashU students, employees, ResLife, and the University. We serve about 50% of WashU undergrads and are WashU’s only approved vendor for student shipping, summer storage, and appliance rental services.

What is WashU Early Access Delivery?

Thanks to our partnership with WashU, we’re able to deliver your items directly into your room before you even arrive on campus. That means any items you ship with us or appliances you rent from us will be waiting in your room before the WashU 2025 freshman move-in days on August 15-16. No hauling, no hassle.

How do I ship my items to WashU?

We offer two shipping services to get your items to campus: Nationwide Ship to School and Tri-State Area Home Pickups. 

With our Nationwide Ship to School service, we’ll send you our UTrucking kit (boxes, tape) with prepaid return labels. Just pack the boxes and send your stuff our way—no schlepping required. All of your items will be waiting for you in your dorm room when you arrive on August 15-16!

Because so many WashU families live in NY, CT, and NJ—our UTrucking crew will come and meet you on the East Coast. We pick up right from your doorstep, and deliver everything straight to your dorm room in St. Louis before you even get to campus.

How do I rent a mini fridge?

We offer mini fridge and microwave rentals. The most popular rental is our double-door mini fridge rental which is equipped with a spacious compartment. We also offer a standard mini fridge rental. Pair either option with our microwave rental which is approved for use in WashU dorms.
