Quantity

1. Get your UTrucking Kit

We ship you a UTrucking Kit starting June 15, which includes 5 heavy-duty boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and packing paper.

2. Pack your items

Pack as many boxes as you need using your kit. Only pay for the boxes you use at a flat rate of $95 per box.

3. Ship your boxes to us

Use the included prepaid UPS labels to drop off your boxes at a UPS store or schedule a home pickup by August 6.

4. We deliver to your dorm

Boxes received by August 12 will be delivered and placed in your dorm room before move-in day, so everything is ready when you arrive.

Boxes received after August 12 will be delivered after move-in.

Returners may ship later based on their move-in schedule.

What can you transport to WashU?

Only boxed items for NSTS since shipped via UPS to our facility in St. Louis, and then we deliver to WashU dorm rooms

How long does shipping take?

Items typically arrive within 2–5 days after pickup, depending on your location.

What can I ship?

All items must be boxed or bagged due to carrier requirements. A $25 fee will be applied to any unboxed items.

Shipping
We deliver your parcel within 2–3 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.

Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package.Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.

We provide a 2-year limited warranty, from the date of purchase for all our products.

If you believe you have received a defective product, or are experiencing any problems with your product, please contact us.

This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).
