1. Get your UTrucking Kit

We ship you a UTrucking Kit starting June 15, which includes 5 heavy-duty boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and packing paper.

2. Pack what you can

Use your boxes for smaller items, but don’t worry, large or loose items like bikes, furniture, and lamps can be picked up as-is.

3. We pick everything up from your home

Our team comes directly to your home on your scheduled regional pickup date (August 7–9). You’ll receive a specific time window 2–3 days before.

4. We deliver to your dorm

All items are transported on our trucks and placed in your dorm room before move-in, so everything is ready when you arrive.

Home pickups are not available throughout the entire US. Only register if you live in one of the areas listed below.

The pickup dates are based on our truck routes and cannot be changed. If the pickup date where you live does not work for you, please sign up for our Ship To School service, where we partner with UPS to deliver your items to your dorm room from anywhere in the US.

We deliver your parcel within 2–3 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.

Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package.Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.
